FLOW

新築の場合、設計着手から竣工、引渡しまで３年を標準とします。（設計２年〜、施工１年〜）

工事費は、工事内容によります。

設計・監理料は総工事費に対して、自社施工の場合１０%、他社施工の場合１２.５％を目安とします。

規模や条件に応じて割合が変動する場合がございます。
都度お見積りさせていただきます。

遠隔地の場合、交通費ほか（実費）加算となります。

インターンシップの期間や内容については相談に応じます。

We are looking for a member of our team to work hard at manufacturing with us.
If you are interested in a designer, a carpenter, the other artisans.
( a woodworker, a plasterer, a joiner, a paperer,,,)
We are accepting internships in our studio at any time.
We could discuss the content and period of it on a case basis.

KEY WORD

■ 設計／ Architect

クライアントからのリクエスト、敷地条件を起点に全体から細部までトータルなバランスを求めて計画、設計を行います。

We plan and design for a total balance of whole and detail to base on client requests and site conditions.

■ 大工／ Carpenter

設計を元に一つ一つの素材、一人一人の職人を活かし、木を中心に乾式工事一式を行います。

We carry out dry construction to focus on tree to base on design.
As making use of each material and artisan.

■ 左官／ Plasterer

土と水を基本の素材とし、漆喰やモルタル等、下地から仕上げまで湿式工事一式を行います。

We carry out wet construction from base to completion.
For example, “Shikkui” and “mortar” based on material is soil and water.

■ 木工／ Woodworker(Joiner)

椅子や机といった置き家具、造作家具、小物まで木製品の製作を行います。

We manufacture wooden products about furnitures (chair, table, desk,,,), fitments, and also gimmicks.

■ 建具／ A joiner

框戸、板戸、格子戸、障子、襖といった建具の製作を行います。

We manufacture fittings about “Kamachido”, “Itado”, “Lattice door” ,“Shojido”, and “Fusuma”.
